Today, I met a young pharmacy tech named Jessie B at the pharmacy counter for the first time since she was hired in December. I work in healthcare and just let me say- she was the most kind, professional individual, displayed a positive attitude and willingness to help the customers. I witnessed her interaction with 2 other customers ahead of me and saw that she treated all customers in the same manner. Rude pharmacist and long wait, just about the same as any CVS. I also had a long wait to check out in the front. I chose to do self checkout but because I was buying allergy medicine, I had to wait for a cashier to approve my purchase. He took forever to come over as he was doing something else in another isle. Then he took the two people behind me at his register before coming over to approve my purchase. I'm going to stick with Walmart pharmacy for future purchases.
My favorite pharmacy. Prescriptions are always ready in a timely manner and the associates are always friendly at the drive thru.
