The first person I encountered was Leah who was polite and friendly and happily helpful. She got the information she needed. I had to wait maybe three minutes five minutes at the most a reasonable time I felt she came to get me and we went into the vaccine area, which is very private. She asked me some confirming questions to make sure it was me and make sure that I knew what I was getting and then boom boom got both my vaccines. Here for the 2nd time today, my Rx is still not ready... While I wait I'm watching the staff make these old gentlemen try to sign in with a touch screen that barely works. Then the staff are rude to them when they have to help use the broken system. Thanked a guy after he said he is not coming back
