New pharmacist told us a medication could be transferred out of state without a new prescription so wouldn’t do early holiday fill. Went on our long awaited trip. Then was told by pharmacist in our destination CVS they could NOT transfer the script. “You’ll have to call your doctor”. Could have done that days ago if we got good info in the first place
Pharmacist Shanequa Rayford was rude and slow- had to visit twice to get my rx.
They don’t care about you and your time. Three hours to fill a prescription is not acceptable.
The staff doesn’t know us documents🥴
