This pharmacy is the WORST I've been to. My husband fills his scripts there because he has to due to having medicaid. The pharmacist there are very rude and unthoughtful! They have no compassion for patients filling scripts. At least not that I've seen. I've encountered one nice pharmacist there. They need to go back to school and learn some bed side manners. CVS, in Troy N.Y. transferred My prescription for my physician , that is in New york state. No problem, easy PC, polite, wonderful staff. Didn't take me long to get my medications. I called them up prior and they had everything already. No waiting.
Very helpful and explained why I had a copay on both medicines.
