The people are very nice… when they’re actually there. The posted hours seem to be more of a suggestion than actual hours of operation.
This CVS doesn't ever open up on time. The manager is always late and then she acts like she doesn't want to do her job in helping people. She is not personable and she always has a mean look on her face. My husband went to go pick up my daughter's meds and was told that they never received the scripts. Which I put in the box for the manager and she said the scripts would be ready in a few hours and my husband went back 2 days later to find out that the scripts were lost. Best pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Samantha is patient, kind, knowledgeable & helpful. Definitely recommend!
This pharmacy never informs me when there are no more refills on the prescription. They don't have some of the drugs I need on hand and the pharmacy is dirty. There is always paper and crap on the floor behind the counter. Doesn't appear sanitary for a pharmacy. They don't open till 10 AM, take an hour lunch break and are only open Monday thru Friday.
