My experience with this CVS has been good so far. I really like the self-check-in. Scan your CVS account and you're checked in. Waiting can be a bit much, even when it's slow. (-1 star for CVS as a company, not the employees working there.) As the pharmacy is open 24 hours, I visit later in the evening to avoid high volume and traffic. The staff have been friendly, and my medication has been available when they said it would be.
The pharmacy staff is unhelpful; the medication is never ready on time. I go there and they tell me the doctor hasn't sent anything, then they tell me to wait. It's always the same; they are not professional.
