CVS is where I pick up my monthly prescriptions, but I've had a tough time with the staff—they can be quite rude and disorganized. Recently, they gave me an antibiotic I'm allergic to. My husband went in to sort things out, but when we checked in the car, I realized the mistake. They did call later to offer a return, but I doubt that would have worked once we left the store. They use AI when you call and it won't connect you to a live person. The most infuriating process I've ever dealt with.
The pharmacy staff and Pharmacist are top notch and treat you like you are special.
