Last day to pickup apparently means it’s already been returned a day early. Plus nobody wanted to come to the counter and would rather talk to you from across the pharmacy. Nobody wants to yell personal info for all to hear.

How does this work again? I'm in the drive thru for a prescription- I give my phone number and then my name. WHY would the pharmacist correct how I pronounce MY name and then continue to mispronounce my name for the rest of the interaction. Ignorance? Arrogance?? I think both

I've never experienced poor attitude poor customer service from any CVS until this one in Crowley The pharmacist is obviously miserable never smiles never greets never speaks very rude . The only person that was polite and respectful was a young African American teen that was providing service at the window drive-thru other than that I've just switched my prescriptions to another pharmacy they can never also coordinate with other CVS and put it on the patient's parents to deal with their job absolutely asinine and unbelievab... read more
