UPDATE 6/2026: Fully reformed! 180 degree turn around. They have gone out of their way to help me in ways that I didn't even know help was available. Long lines are not their fault, this location has been relegated as the only one within miles of a lot of neighborhoods. They have a new automated system that moves people along pretty well. Sadly the pharmacy will often only have one person manning both pickup lines. Update 01/2025 improved more kind and patient staff. Waiting to see if it sticks. The person who works here was very kind, but picking up my package took forever because he was the only person working in the whole store. Maybe CVS should staff a few more people.
Put in a refill request for my Rx and got a call from Alex, who made sure I knew what my insurance would/would not cover and gave me the out of pocket costs for meds not covered. He also noticed that I had requested the wrong formulation for one of my Rxs and fixed it for me while we were on the phone. Really appreciate his proactive and knowledgeable support.
