Put in a refill request for my Rx and got a call from Alex, who made sure I knew what my insurance would/would not cover and gave me the out of pocket costs for meds not covered. He also noticed that I had requested the wrong formulation for one of my Rxs and fixed it for me while we were on the phone. Really appreciate his proactive and knowledgeable support.
Super easy to schedule my vaccines online and when I went in, it all took less than 10 mins for me to get the vaccines and the paperwork and leave. Thank you!
