Pharmacy Manager genuinely cares about his manager I know, that goes in 2 to 3 hours early (unpaid) everyday he opens and stays late (unpaid) if he needs to, just to make sure his store is clean, scripts ready for pick up when promised and all other duties are ready for the start of the day. That's dedication that goes unnoticed and rarely appreciated. He goes over and above and rarely has a holiday or full holiday to spend with his family.
