The Pharmacist filling my prescription this morning has no mask and I have watched her move back at forth from phone/register/meds without once washing her hands.
How can a pharmacy be running 4 days behind in filling orders? Poor scheduling and understaffed! If you need your prescriptions right away go to another pharmacy....
Not surprised with the rating. Didn’t have the Rx - but wouldn’t tell me which CVS did. For my mom or otherwise would just use Walgreen’s!!! #ihatecvs
They need to be more considerate to the customer, especially when they make an error. I am a nurse and my daughter has the flu resulting in an asthma attack and although she turned in a paper prescription, they did not fill it and told her to go back to the emergency room. Just disgusting. My daughter better not have any further complications!!!!

The ads lie. The walk-in, not appt clinic? You have to make an appt. I made an appt yesterday and got a conf # via email. I came today for my appt and guess what? I’m not in the system. The pharmacist wouldn’t help. No one cared. So I’m headed... anywhere other than CVS.
Worst service ever. They screwed up, admitted to me after making me wait on hold forn60 minutes, then made me wait for 45 minutes more for the pharmacist to help, which the pharmacist didn't do. Just trying to get birth control and generic meds. Never going back after using them for the last 8 years because it just keeps getting worse. Didn't even get a sincere apology for their incompetence.
