It used to be the good place to go compared to Walgreens. Now they have added COVID testing on top of the already super busy store and those poor techs are running their legs off. The wait is terrible now but not their fault. Upper management should be ashamed

I went there to shop for things I needed late at night to avoid being around a lot of people. The last time he came up to me and confronted me because I had picked up a face wash in the isle next to him and smelled it. If you don't want people in here shopping for things that they need, you shouldn't be open.

Prepackaged medication should not take hours to get filled. You have lost my business.
Can someone please tell me why, at 7:15p on Sunday, March 4th, the only person working in the pharmacy was the pharmacists? I went in to ask a question, but with the number of people in line, the pharmacist working with another patient, and other people in line, I finally walked out. I'm going to request that my insurance company allow me to go to Walgreens. The service at the CVS store in Festus is sad!
Went to get my prescription filled and one had to be called in from my doctor. Doctor office said they called it in. So asked again when it would be ready I was told they still haven't heard from the doctor so I called again my doctor said he would call again. Now I have wasted an hour wait on this prescription. I left without it. Called back to CVS and found out they didn't have it in stock asked when it would be and the lady told me to call back tomorrow so I did and it's still not ready. Today - 9/22/17 @ 4:25pm CST in Crystal City, MO store# 10025. The pharmacy was great. Please do not allow this to be a reflection of them. There are a few great pharmacists on staff that we love. Today you lost my family's business, all our prescriptions will be moved to the new local pharmacy, Pharmx. Your blond middle aged female pharmacy tech working at 530pm today needs a MAJOR attitude adjustment and some lessons in customer service.
