After my experience with this particular CVS during cruise in week OCMD I'll always go to Rite-Aid. This store location is ran by a rude manager with no customer service skills. They damaged a CUSTOMERS car they attempted to tow while I was there. They better have Harvey outside cooking free hot dogs for cruisin people to try and regain their lost revenue from this week!
Shame on you cvs manager! Having a handicap mans car towed! How about have respect and ask politely. But instead you have a private tow truck hook up then damaging his car. (Probably your friend)! CVS corporate should look into this. I'll be sure to go to other drug stores for my products after seeing this.
CVS manager having cars towed by a private truck, man being towed was a handicap man, tow truck damaged his car, had a receipt showing he bought items from the store, and the man even asked if he could leave now and they said no they were taking his car. The manager was more inclined to argue with random people than to handle the situation. Telling people rite aid is down the road. They tow paying customers during cruise week. Stay away from this place. Manager is a real prick.
Disabled Vet down for cruz week and went into this place to pick up meds and was told i have 10 mins to get out of the parking lot. i will not use CVS ever again even out of OC
