it took 20 minutes at the Urgent Care it took 30 minutes to get the prescription filled at CVS and they did not have our insurance information and did not ask till we were ready to check out. So hen they had to redo it after all of that
Went to OC for vacation and I will never go back to that CVS again, I will take my business to Walgreens. The manager was very rude. he was making fun of my weight, started pointing towards the food aisle and the work out videos. Then ask me why I came to OC if my body wasn't "beach ready". I just turn around and walked away. All I want it to buy was an umbrella
I was in the area on vacation, I totally forgot some items back at home. I went to this CVS and some kids were outside telling me to not do business here. Boy did I find out why! The customer service of the employees was fantastic but the Manager was coming in and out of the store yelling and shouting at all these guys with fast cars outside. He said some sly comment to the employee helping me about not being able to find a parking space. I found one no problem! I hope the manager gets reprimanded for his behavior.
Hi, I came down to OC for vacation with my family. We came for the beach and had forgotten our beach stuff at the hotel so we figure we would stop in to get it instead of sitting in traffic all the way back to the hotel. Long story short, our vehicle was missing when we came out and someone hinted that the Assistant manager had it towed. We will never come again because of that selfish rude man. Went in to buy a couple of things and was followed around. Then asked for a reciet or my car was going to be told. Never treated with suck disrespect. I will never go there of another CVS again.
Waist of time going there and place was trashed employees and owner had no manners and terrible attitude and the manager towed my friends car for no reason in a regular parking spot would highly recommend not to go there unless you want to be treated like shit and your vehicle towed away
