I have been a loyal customer for 30+ years. Since the company was Eckerd Drugs and located in Gaslight. My affiliation with CVS ends today. EVERY SINGLE TIME my Rx's are messed up and the wait times are consistently exorbitant. It has become unbelievable. I've had to contact my insurance company and doctors' offices repeatedly due to the ineptitude of CVS. And it's sad bc some of the employees are trying their hardest to serve. Others not so much. The pharmacy at Frank Street is worthless. Aren't willing to call customers when prescription isn't correct or call customers doctor. Been trying to get a prescription filled for a week and now answer to my mother was to call Walgreens and have them fill it. Terrible customer service!!!!!
I went to the pharmacy n dropped off my medication since Tuesday n my Medication got booked in a diff name therefor it wasn't ready n to too it off my ins didn't pay for one of the prescriptions so they were supposed to call n get it changed but because they didn't figure out my prescriptions were in a diff profile it was to late n dr was closed so of course it had to wait til the morning today n I called to ck at 1pm to ck if it was ready for pick up n they forgot to call so again I didn't have my meds they were supp to tak... read more
