I waited to ask a tech or the pharmacist a question (this is definitely not the first time this has happened)no one was in line but me. Both the pharmacist and tech looked at me went back to what they were doing. my Rxs are never ready when they say they will be. I will NEVER use them again WORST customer service ever
CVS Pharmacy in Lufkin on Frank St is a JOKE. I dropped off a script there yesterday at noon and said I’d be back today to get it, they call me at 1:15 today to tell me they are out of the medicine. 24 hours later??!! If they would’ve checked their stock yesterday they could have had it here this morning to fill. Never ever again will I go in there. I took the script to Walgreens across the street and it was filled in 15 min.
This pharmacy is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes, still no answer. If you need prescriptions fill i would suggest going somewhere else.
I just got off the phone with the PHARMACIST. I have been calling to get my dad's prescriptions transferred and filled but one was on hold and the other 2 are over the counter. No idea why the medication hasn't been ordered; not like my dad needs it or anything. She was getting an attitude when I asked her to speak louder. This is the absolute worst pharmacy ever! Having a sick child that is throwing up and they tell you to come back in a hour to get medicine... go back 2 hours later and they say oh we have been waiting on customers and no one has been able to fill prescriptions come back in 30 minutes! I have no clue how this pharmacy stays open! Never again will I be back and this is where my insurance is! I would rather pay full price !
Pharmacy is rude and slow. Pharmacist was yelling at other employees while I was dropping off my prescription. Then was rude when we tried to pick up 3 HOURS later saying it would be several more hours for the meds. Only use them if you are forced to by insurance.
I have been using CVS for over 20 years. Some of the staff are wonderful like Valeria. But, the new employees are rude. After speaking with them twice this morning, to ask for a refill and called back 3 hours later to see if it was ready, both times I said thank you at the end of the call and their response was just to hang up. Is saying you’re welcome too much to ask? Normally I would blow it off but, the customer service is really beginning to go down. Rudeness is not ok on a regular basis.
I have been a customer for quite some time now and the service worsens with time. Always a long wait and if you have to have surgery you can forget about getting your meds. I had to have surgery in Houston today and when I went to CVS the pharmacist refused to fill my prescription for Tylenol 3 before he could call the hospital in Houston to “verify” and wouldn’t even call them today because it is too late. Horrible customer service, they screwed up my prescription and wasted almost an hour of my time and didn’t get my meds. The woman who was “helping me” was a complete you know what. Literally hung up on me and walked away from the window. Only reason they get 1 star is because that’s the lowest it goes, I would personally give them 1/2 a star.
