Why does no-one answer the phone? I have been waiting for 20 minutes this is ridiculous. I can call Krogers pharmacy and get an answer immediately. This is unacceptable customer service!
Employ stupid people and your customers will see that you are stupid people.
Because if Polly Horton isn't working, the other personnel can't function correctly!! I spoke with the store manager, so I pray it does some good!!
