Best pharmacist and pharmacy techs in town. Prompt with medications, willing to help with insurance paperwork shenanigans, manufacturer discounts, and super understanding and committed to providing good patient care despite multiple frustrating hoops and obstacles from insurance companies. Highly recommend. The patients, on the other hand, are rude and abusive to staff
So my rating is only based off an experience with one of the pharmacy technicians. A blond middle aged women named bridget who clearly should not be working in customer service. I was just getting off my phone when she came to assist me at the drive thru window and she got so upset that I needed a moment to get off the phone. It was a call from my nephew who was baby sitting my 3 year old at the time. And as a parent i could not ignore the call in the event there was an emergency with ny child. Great location and excellent staff! David in pharmacy really goes the extra mile. The pharmacy staff are so busy and are great about keeping you updated! Keep up the great work!! 👍🏼
I have nothing nice to say, so I'll leave it at that. If i wasn't made to use CVS by my work insurance, then i would 100% go elsewhere.
CVS will always be my store for my prescriptions. They are excellent
