This place is night and day compared to the downtown CVS circus. Melissa is the BOMB. She is always so sweet and helpful. Always will to answer my naive medication questions or show me a new solution.
On May 4th and June 10th, Melissa the pharmacist, provide excellent service. She promptly returned my voicemails and courteously answered questions about my monthly prescriptions.
The realest pharmacy in TC. It's like you're a human being talking to other human beings. So, not the typical pharmacy experience for TC.
We have pharmacy hopped for years in this town, because we have always received nothing but poor customer service, and such a lack of compassion. Until we found this pharmacy. Every single person that works here goes above and beyond for us.
