The long haired guy running this location has ruined t. The staff here used to be so helpful and attentive. This guy is condescending and rude. He basically accused me of doing something illegal with the new script my doctor sent over in front of a busy store (which was both untrue and humiliating) and sent me on my way refusing to fill two of my other scripts as well as the one in question, and refused to explain for what reason he wouldn't to fill them. Great timely service on my prescription drugs
I do not appreciate the Male pharmacist working at this establishment. He was extremely condescending and argumentative regarding preparing a prescription. I have never had a retail run-in that aggressive. CVS, please work on your customer service.
This place is night and day compared to the downtown CVS circus. Melissa is the BOMB. She is always so sweet and helpful. Always will to answer my naive medication questions or show me a new solution.
On May 4th and June 10th, Melissa the pharmacist, provide excellent service. She promptly returned my voicemails and courteously answered questions about my monthly prescriptions.
