i got a prescription filled about a month ago for $25 but i was not stupid enough to do it without asking if that is the price i will be paying in the future and i was told yes and that the coupon could be used for the next 12 months but when i go to get my prescription today they ask for $122!!! Not only was i lied to once but lied to again when they said i already used my limit on the coupon. I will never go there again they can never fill a prescription without telling me to call my insurance company . I've called three times!! My insurance card is fine!!!
The pharmacist was very friendly, particularly for 1AM. The math on the sign on the Red machine was wrong, though. $0.99 -$0.25 = $0.49? Nope.
We have lived in Keene over 40 years. 2 days ago my daughter had an experience that needs to be applauded. She has been Deaf her entire life and her primary language is ASL. She was picking up a prescription when Giselle approached her,greeted her in ASL and proceeded to conduct the entire transaction in ASL! It was a first and we want to make sure that it didn't go unnoticed.
A shout out to CVS: I got stung on my waist by a yellow jacket while standing in the pharmacy line yesterday! It still hurts this morning. Crazy! The pharmacist was awesome, gave me a zyrtex and a bottle of water and had me hang out for a bit to be sure I wasn't allergic. Great customer service and way to look out for your customers! Grateful for the personal attention, just a bit embarrassed.
