Robert was rude to my family member who had was politely asking a question regarding how insurance might work for a medication. He slammed the medication we were initially there for on the counter and left the counter without answering our question or saying anything even remotely helpful. Maybe he had a bad day but maybe take it out on someone who is actually rude vs a normal patient with a question.
Love this Pharmacy. Louis the Pharmacist, awesome guy. Great service. And the Tech was great too. Her name was Malak Asfour, deserved to be a called out, for her great service.
