The messages I get that my meds are ready to be picked up. I get there and it could be 1-1/2 hrs. We are backed up. I don’t like waiting in the drive up lane for exactly 1 hr. 10 mins last week for meds. They never answer the phone. They aré understaffed or not trained properly. They need more help!!!!!
This is the worst group of people I have ever had to deal with in my 16 year medical career.
prescription was suppose to be ready in an hour, waited 2. then sat in line for 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me.
Extremely, extremely slow. Seemingly always out of normal, monthly prescribed meds. will say they didnt get a prescription that was sent early in the morning... until they check their fax and it's laid there all day. Unfortunately, my mother has to use this pharmacy so I have to deal with them. I use Rite Aid/Walgreens and they are super fast and efficient!

Today was my first visit with a different insurance Silver Script and 5 new prescriptions they were filled and ready in less than 15 minutes. Staff was very courteous. I could not have been more pleased.
My cousin has been waiting for a prescription since Monday. I told her I thought if she had taken it to Kroger it would have been filled by now. A Danville doctor prescribed medicine that CVS cannot provide.
I called at 2pm to see if my meds were ready. They said to give them a hour I gave them two. Two hours later my meds still wasn't ready. They said a hour again, at 8:30 pm they still wasn't ready. The pregnant blonde that works there wasn't very nice and had a smirk on her face. I told her to have my meds transferred to Bluegrass. Maybe she can follow that request.
