horrible service in the pharmacy area over loaded unprofessional can never get someone on the phone disappointing
The CVS in deer Park is the slowest I have ever seen! The pharmacy department is the absolute worst!!!!! How they are still in business is beyond me. Who goes on break and leaves 1 employee to ring up a LINE full of people???? I would NOT recommend this CVS!!!
The deer park ave store @1944 deer park ave is the worst customer service store I’ve ever been in, starting with the Mgr and dripping down to all the apathetic help. I no longer shop there nor get rx’s filled. Go to New Island pharmacy right next door if you like being treated like a human being. 👎
All I hear about this store is problems. Clearly they need a refresher course on what it means to provide good Customer Service. And good customer service should revolve around Common Sense. Management here is apparently clueless!
This store is the worst! Prescriptions are never ready on time or even the day after. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone hold time is over 30 minutes. You will waste your breath speaking to the store manager who will tell you they are aware of the problems and are working on it & that they are under staffed. Same story for the past 2 years!! I would rather get a spiked arrow in my eye while waiting in line at the DMV... the two stars is because the male pharmacists is a nice guy and I keep going back like an asshole..CVS stop being cheap and get these people some help they deserve this has got to be the busiest pharmacy on the planet
The slowest pharmacy ever!! There is no reason to be the next car in line and have to wait 20 min!!!
Horrible lines, horrible service, horrible wait time
Last night I was in a accident. Rear ended by a drunk driver. I had the hospital send my prescription to this CVS expressly because it is a 24 hour location, and i would be able to get my flexeril on my way home from NUMC. At about 0500 when I got to the pharmacy they said they did not receive the prescroption, and I should check back a little later. Then at about noon I went back, and they said it wasn't there.
