short staffed, no one answers the phone, on hold for over twenty minutes, told me my insurance was cancelled and made me wait while they fixed the insurance problem
even after renovating customers are still waiting in line down the aisle( where others are trying to shop) there should be ropes or arrow signs or even staff to direct the check out lines at both the pharmacy and front counters. it makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience.
I am now seriously considering not going back to CVS at all...I went to get medicine for my husband and the price of the medicine online was $7.99...the price in the store was $9.49...i showed this to the manager figuring she would price match it and she REFUSED!!! She claims its not store policy to price match...any other store I've ever been to ALWAYS price matches their online price if its different than in the store...I think this policy needs to be changed IMMEDIATELY!!!! I tried out the curbside pick up this eve. I will never use this service again nor will I ever shop in the Bayshore store again. I had reward bucks to use and coupons for most items I bought. I went in the store to pick up my items and showed my coupons and rewards and was told they dont know how to do it, that this is a new service and they've had problems with it, therefore I could not use my coupons or reward bucks I had for my purchase. By far the worse. Lines are long. The pharmacist and whoever else are filling the prescriptions have no sense of urgency! The African American gentleman working the register is the only one with a sense of urgency! You would think that the pharmacist in charge would get the cashier some help. No they are just so engrossed in conversation with one another!!
The absolute worst cvs in the world. Line to either drop off or pick up is always always long. Pharmacy staff could not be any slower!!!!!
