They lied to us over and over. We spoke to them at least four times re my prescription, being reassuring by them that they could get me my medicsation by the next day,..only to tell us the next day that they could nt and that there was also a problem with my prescription. I will now have to wait at least 2 more days. All they want is the money.If thngs had been dealth with efficiently and they would have told us the truth from the outset I could have gotten my prescription filled at another pharmacy. I want to recognize Hina as well - the pharmacists are amazingly knowledgeable and always happy to assist. If they’re not slammed, they’ll even fill your prescription immediately. Their warm smiles are a testament to their genuine care for their patients - it’s clear they take pride in their work.
Denise has been amazing at helping us. She has been kind and professional. She has been very attentive and making sure that we are updated with our medications and vaccines. Her customer service is remarkable. We can say the same thing with Andres and Dinah. Our experience with CVS Target is pleasant.
What is there to say about a pharmacy which is already held in high regard! The entire staff is both courteous and helpful when trying to find a specific item. Anytime I walk in to pick up a prescription that was sent in. Denise has my medication ready for me to receive upon entry. Which is big help considering I had gotten into a very bad car accident and cannot stand for long periods of time. I’ve always appreciated the quick and efficient service from the very beginning. Little to no staff which caused them to constantly shut down during regular business hours. When they were actually open, the lines would be ridiculous yet the employees were slow and couldn't care less.
