Staff at the pharmacy sometimes appear unhappy, defensive or sarcastic. The atmosphere is often unprofessional as staff members carry on conversations with other staff as the customer’s order is being filled. What is supposed to be an improvement? is the requirement that customers themselves fill a large screen in with their names and date of birth so that time is saved in getting someone’s order.
