Prescription called in before 4pm and went to pickup after 5:30 and the prescriptions were not filled. Was told to return in 1/2 an hour which would be after 6pm...they closed at 6 which was never mentioned when we were told to return after 6pm...now have to wait til tomorrow for a much needed set of 4 prescriptions! The reason I went here is because my husband’s prescription insurance is through CVS...however I learned tonight there are other places that take our insurance...I won’t be back after I get prescriptions tomorro... read more
Needs to work on organization in the pharmacy area. It's always so helter skelter.
Always short on medicine. (liquids)
Terrible system. I don’t think it’s the techs or pharmacists. It’s their system. I wait in line for 20 min at the register. I inform them I have ha coupon with the GoodRx app. Then she sends me to the drop off window. I wait there for 15 min. She finally get to me applies the coupons but tells me I can’t pay here. I have to go get back in line at the register. Go get back in line for a 15 min wait again. Get to the register and was told since they applied the coupon they had to re print the ppwk. Seriously thee worst place to get medication! I waited 40 mins the first time to get my insurance down to pick up my medicine, come back a month later for my refill and they try charging me full price! What is the purpose of having insurance if CVS wont work with them!?! Waited in line in the drive-through for 30 mins just to get told they had to have me come inside to get it. I will just suffer without my medication rather than deal with this BS! ���
Terrible customer service - and terrible at actually filling prescriptions. The store ia fine as long as you don't need a pharmacy or any assistance of any kind.
I've never had better service from ANY pharmacy in Granbury!! My wife and I thank you so much for the care and concern shown by everyone. You saved the day! Thank you and you have my business from now on.
Courteous folk and very efficient. They are very accomadating.
