One of your pharmacist shamed my friend for her prescription and told her she should stop having sex. Very unprofessional and ignorant behavior for someone in the medical field. She also said it loud enough for other customers to over hear violating my friends right to medical privacy. I will be making a formal complaint.

I am very disappointed with CVS in the last couple months. I have been with them for many years. A few months back my husband tried to get a rx filled and was told by a rude associate that they didn't have it and wouldn't call the other CVS to see if they had the rx. He had to do it. And several times now they short me half of a months prescription. Which means I have to pay out of pocket for their screw ups. They kept refilling it on an old rx not the new one!!
