It’s been months now, and they are closed on the weekends, and close early on the weekdays. Sad and disappointed that at one time, while Sheila and Jeff were the manager; it was the fastest, most organized pharmacy in our area; now it’s non of those things:/ I heard there was a change of ownership a few months ago; but exactly how long does it take to get things back in order?!?
I know this place gets a lot of disgruntled customers. My experience was pretty great. I was able to electronically request a refill, receive a call from the pharmacist and pick my RX up within an hour.
We were customers for years. The crew was great. But over time they all quit and service got really bad. So we moved put scripts elsewhere a couple of months ago.
This is the worst cvs i have ever been too. The employees have no sense of urgency and the reduced hours are incredibly inconvienent. I visited this location twice to get a script for antibiotics filled and both times could not do so because they didnt have them in stock. So even if you manage to make it in during the tiny winfow of open hours, you will stand in line for 20 minutes and still walk away without your presciption. Unacceptable.
