The pharmacy staff are efficient, skilled and have excellent customer service skills. The Minute Clinic was easy to use and NP Natasha Carpio has excellent medical skills and is "Beyond Elegantly Beautiful".
Don't know why you suggest for people to sign in online when the clinic I went to doesn't offer that. A lady broke in line ahead of me. Clearly I was there first!!! We should be able to sign in when the store opens and that would take care of that issue. We spent almost two hours there. Definitely shouldn't be called Minute Clinic. The nurse was nice tho
My visit was to see the nurse practitioner. After her and her assistant diagnosis I was happy to find out I did NOT have Bronchitis. I had earlier signed in at the electronic kiosk and had a reserved place in line. 3 1/2 hours later I had a text notification telling me to return.
Our family has had good experiences here for antibiotics, immunizations, etc. they take our insurance too. The wait time can be a bit longer during flu season, but otherwise, it's a good solution on evenings and weekends.
