Sara Overway is the best!
I prefer to tell someone of my opinions who could do something about it. That being said, I have never been mistreated by anyone in the pharmacy department. The problem seems to lie with the insurance companies and the amount of drug business this pharmacy provides. Also, with what I would consider to be proper communication between pharmacy staff and customers. Are they short staffed?
CVS sent a 30% discount to my card. It was refused, due to the item being a "sale" item. I guess "buy one, get the second one at 50%" is considered a sale. I only needed one, and was paying full retail, so the discount was not honored. I gotta call BS on this one. False advertising and a wasted trip for me. My guess is Walmart or Walgreens will treat me and you better . . .
