I can honestly say this was the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. I made an appt for my 94 year old dad for a Covid and flu shot for 1045am. When we got there We were told they were short staffed and to be patient. I had to wait on line 20 minutes to be checked in when all of a sudden a customer who came in after us went to a line not designated for check in and was taken care of. Her appointment was for 11am.
