Literally every prescription I have had filled or tried to have filled at this location is wrong. The staff is incredibly rude and they are seriously understaffed. They send you on wild goose chases to call your doctor again when the prescription is literally sitting in their location.
They canceled a renewal and kept the old, scripts are never ready. Horrible service.
Worst pharmacy experiences ever!!! Rude staff, frequently forget to fill my autorefill medications, and often out of medications I refill monthly. I am so sick of the problems with the Casa Grande location and an overhaul needs to take place!!!!
Worse place to get prescriptions takes forever to be filled.
I tried the CVS Curbside pickup today and was very disappointed. It feels like they are always understaffed at this location and it showed for the pickup. I had hoped to save time, but I waited 10 minutes for it to be brought out. It would have been faster for me to take my sick toddler out of his carseat, shopped for what we needed, checked out, and then strapped back in. Instead he just cried in the backseat while we waited for his medicine. �
This location has very poor customer service skills. Even the managers are rude and disrespectful. Lacey who claims that she is a manager should be re-trained in public relations.
