Worst pharmacy ever!! Rx is never ready on time even when faxed in by the dr. As many people as there is behind the pharmacy counter, you would think that something could be done in a timely manner. Horrible customer service. If insurance didn't require cvs, I would never go back. It's really sad that it happens every single month.
This is the worst pharmacy ever. I can't even get them to do a simple prescription transfer and it's been over a week and requested 3 times. They tried to tell me it's not ever been requested. Incompetent. Stupid. Slow. Need to be completely restaffed with new employees.
Awful! Worst pharmacy on the planet. They are so slow and the employees are idiots. It takes hours to get anything filled and when they say comeback at a certain time it still isn't ready. I have said several times we were going to find another pharmacy but this time I really am. We will not be going back. After waiting for hours today for them to tell me my sons medicine was out of stock. I went to Kroger and they had it filled with in 15 min. Hate this place!!!
This is by far the slowest and worst pharmacy I have ever used! I received a voicemail every other day last week stating my prescription is ready. I came by on Sunday to pick it up, it is not ready and they need another 20 minutes. It's ridiculous. Every new prescription I have when I am sick, just basic antibiotics take at least 2 hours to fill or more. The service is slow and awful, the employees are lazy and disorganized. If my prescription is filled when I come to pick it up, they spend 20 more minutes trying to find it.... read more
