Sat on hold for over and 1 hour and 15 minutes to be hung up on by the pharmacy. This place is the worst pharmacy I every had to use. Publix was so much better. Unfortunately I stuck with CVS. Think I will try their mail order and see if the are any better.
I Droped meds off and told a certain time to pick up. I told them I would wait in the car and pick up at that time. During this time a guy who was at the doctors office after me walked into CVS. He was in there about 15-20 min and he came out w his meds. I thought mine must be done. I go through the line and I was told another 15-20 min. It just got put into the system. I have called 3 different times just now and waited on hold for 15 mins each time for someone to pick up and no one ever did. Smh. Great customer service.
It was clean but pricey. I think the isles could have been organized differently
I could not believe the service I received yesterday. The woman in the pharmacy was having trouble finding my profile in the computer and asked me what my birth date was.I told her what it was and wrote it down and she asked me if I was sure when my birthday was...I am 47 I'm pretty sure I know my birthdate.I would rather go without my scripts then ever use Cvs again.
I will never use this Pharmacy ever again! The customer service was horrible. The pharmacy manager was very rude and embarrassed me in front of everyone. His name is OBI Nudka, and he tried to act like he was smarter than my doctor. I am 45 years old and having to have a tonsillectomy. He told me that I didn't need the liquid pain medicine, that I would be fine after 3 days! My doctor had to call the pharmacy to get it straight.
