I'm over it with this pharmacy. First of all, staff is unbelievably rude. They always have issues and I have to call in far more often than any other pharmacies we have used. Switching all of our medications today so I never gave to go in again.
When you ask someone if they have questions, and when they ask you ignore them. Don't bother. If you are unable to follow through, don't even bother.
Forgot medicine at home while on vacation, nothing fancy and nothing drug addicts want, but pharmacy wants me to transfer entire prescription to them via fax (Dr office isn’t working on Sundays). Combined with CVS high prices it’s cheaper to have my daughter overnight the bottle to me. Following the law for controlled substances is good, denying 3 blood pressure (water pills) medication is not good.
I'm so tired of the attitude from a specific employee. I think her name is andrea. Sort of an older lady, sort blonde hair glasses. She's been working there for a while. I'm really tired of her attitude. She always acts like she doesn't want to be there. She's quick to snap at people and i've decided that my wife and I are just gonna start taking our business elsewhere. Update: my wife and I had all our prescriptions transferred over to Walmart. It's not the first time I have gotten attitude from that lady. I'm done.
That pharmacist was extremely helpful and patient with getting my prescriptions transferred. I really appreciated his patience and kindness. I would definitely recommend this CVS as well as the pharmacist that helped me today. I’m very thankful
