My doctor tell me to contact cvs to get refill so I do. They say they will send it over and a week later I go in because I don’t hear anything. They say they did it but haven’t heard back. So I call the doctor and they say they never received anything. So they send it over. It get filled. The next month I go directly to the doctor and they send it over and I go in to pick it up 5 days later and they say they don’t know it was needed so they didn’t fill it yet and was very rude about it. It used to be really nice with pleasant people and so quick with service. Also you could call and speak to someone. Now you leave messages. And that's OK. The pharmacists have always and still are Wonderful. But the techs are rude with comments,and they make you feel like you've done some wrong. They loudly huff if you want to do more than pic up scrips. Plus I think in the medical business they should be dressed nice with hair done in nice way. We are moving most of scripts

Edit: every single time I try to call this place their automated system becomes LESS capable and even more worthless and disruptive, and they become somehow even more impossible to speak to in person. I don't care how nice and professional these people are, take your business literally anywhere else. The actual staff here are very friendly, professional and nice. However good luck getting a hold of them any other way than in person. When they're at lunch their system won't even let you leave a voicemail, it just hangs up. Ev... read more

Just had a very poor experience calling these guys. The pharmacy woman seemed bothered that I had the audacity to interrupt her day. Like, choose a better attitude already. Maybe take a chill pill or something. Or stay home. Alright, I'm over it. But beware of bad customer service.
