My sister has used this location for years. She has been asking them to order her medicine for the last 4 months and they still have not ordered it. She has to go to Nicholasville or Georgetown every month to get her medicine. This shows how little they care....
I have had so many issues with CVS new circle rd but I have stuck with them until now! I literally visited the store 5 times today and still do not have my meds. They were suppose to be ready this morning. Now I have to wait til after Christmas with no medicine. SMH no more.
The customer service is the terrible. Waiting over an hr for VitaD transfer. We're talking how many pills for 30day supply? I'll help you out 1 pill per week.
I went into this store to use coupons and buy some products. I was treated like a scammer, things didnt ring up properly, and the manager was either ignoring pages to come do her job or she was in a position where she couldn't hear the page. Fail either way. I was overcharged because one of my coupons didn't get applied, and whe.
