After being informed by the CVS on Old Shell Road that they were too busy to fill my acid reflux prescription and that I would need to visit another location, I contacted the CVS on MLK Avenue. The pharmacist promptly returned my call and sincerely apologized for my experience at the Old Shell Road store.
