I used the Minute Clinic because my doctor wasn't able to see me for conjunctivitis. This is the 2nd time I've used Minute Clinic. Bothtimes, I've been serviced by nurse practitioners who were outstanding. Each performed a general physical and diagnosed my symptoms appropriately, and prescribed medications that effectively addressed my illness, at the time. I have used this CVS Pharmacy for years and it's seems that it gets worse every time I go there. Before they were a 24 hour pharmacy, the staff seemed so much friendlier and less stressed. Now, I can not even use the drive thru anymore because they are so slow. I go inside thinking it will be better, but it never is. Tonight the pharmacist was so rattled that it took her 2 tries to correct a medicine that they made a mistake on to begin with then, to top it off, the registers froze!!
