Pharmacists lack customer service skills. Calling the pharmacy is a dead end because you can’t get a real person. You have to leave a message for the pharmacist to call you back but sometimes they never call back. CVS also tries to force generic drugs on you so they reap in more money.
HIPPA FAIL: You can no longer check in with a human, you now have to use LARGE DISPLAY screens to check in with all your PERSONAL INFO where ANYONE behind you can see your name, dob, and medication. They'll claim there are "privacy screens" on them but anyone over a 1st grade education knows privacy screens only work at an ANGLE. Anyone BEHIND YOU can see EVERYTHING. Hell, you can look over from your screen to the other person's screen and read their info as they're checking in too. HIPPA FAIL and they could care less.
The new phone system is HORRIBLE. I used to give my RX number because I share a birthday with someone. Now I can’t refill my medicine because that person doesn’t have any medicine to fill. I DO. I can’t speak to a person without the bot hanging up. I AM SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED
They don't take blue cross blue shield. One of the largest if not the largest insurers in the state. What an absolute waste of time. Now I'm stuck without meds while I get them transferred to literally anyone else as everyone else has zero issues with blue cross.
