Why does your policies read 100% exchange/return on cosmetics and your new management does not honor it. I've been shopping at this locatio over 3 yrs. And this was my worse experience ever here. I'm transferring all my meds and family to a more friendly pharmacy, your competitor down the street. WALGRENS!
Why bother asking me what time I would like to pick up my prescription. It's never ready as promised. It's always "being processed". Good marketing ploy to keep you in the store to shop.
After seeing photos, then viewing first hand the coolers with eggs, milk, ect DISGUSTING!! Definitely will be taking my scripts and business to Walgreens.
*Disgusting* milk coolers. Brown goo at the bottom and stuff dripping on milk, eggs, ice cream
