Tried to find out why our prescription was still not ready after 3 days. I was rudely interrupted while asking a question and told that ‘I can’t talk if you’re going to talk over me’ when I was still trying to explain my concern. There’s no reason to speak to a customer like that especially a customer who was not speaking over or being rude.
I have never been treated so rudely until today. I was dropping rx off for narcotic I have chronic pain, fibromyalgia and osteo arthritis. From pharmacist m tech We will see if we will fill this or not, we have to call your normal pharmacy, your dr and insurance to see if they will cover it. I came back picked it up I was pleasant said ty.. tech never said a word.

This CVS is a great pharmacy. It is really close to where I live.
This is the second time I have had apronlem getting my prescriptions
I shop at this CVS frequently because it's close to my house. The staff is always friendly. Most of the pharmacy staff are as well. I'm always pleased with the sale prices and ways to earn extra bucks on items I'd purchase anyway. Well done CVS at Kingsfield and North Hwy. 29!
