Horrible, slow and lazy staff. What's up with closing for lunch? Opening hours are ridiculous (10-7 weekdays minus 30 min break). Lines are almost always long. If there was another pharmacy more or less same distance from my house, I'd definitely change. If you can't provide minimum quality service, don't open those locations "inside target". Update a year later. Nothing improved. These are dishonest liars that dont care about customers. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
CVS now dehumanizes their workers and customers. I did not appreciate that now all encounters with humans must be mediated by a screen that the customer must fill in rather than the staff. People directly behind you can also see your information. Even worse, you are doing work that the employees used to be paid for. You work for free, their hours are cut. Do not recommend.
Bao Trinh pharmacist at campus drive Irvine was quick to act and helped me fill out prescription during critical time. I really appreciate his assistance and ease my concern when insurance was not helpful.
This is the worst customer service I ever get at a CVS. The manager was rude to us and rude to the customer. He accused us of being demanding while the only thing we were trying is to have our medication.
