My husband was unable to fill a prescription for my daughter after she just got out of the hospital at CVS in Matthews, 24 hour store, because they closed at 8:00 and he got there right at 8:00. Even tough he said he had to have it for her, the lady showed no sympathy and just said they were closed, sorry! Not good customer service to have no compassion for your customers! I guess we will go back to Wal-Greens!
