Aside from one pharmacy tech (middle aged blonde haired woman) and the pharmacist (dark haired man probably in his 30s), everyone in that pharmacy is super incompetent, insensitive, and robotic! For two hours I was in the pick up and drop off line And I had to go back home and pick up multiple information plus my medi-Cal card to show I had Medi-Cal because no one knows how to use their computer system. On top of that, I had to miss work! Thanks a lot, CVS pharmacy! �

CVS Px likes to see how many times they can send you back and forth between their different stations even though no one else is around. They then make you wait for the next associate to help complete the next step. This ended up happening a total of 5 times and there were only two people working the Px! Took over 30 minutes to get my Px that had already been faxed over from the doctor. Only had one guy waiting before me and then two other people arrive while I was waiting to finish my order.

5 hour wait at minute clinic just to wait longer for the prescription after. The NP didn't seem to know what she was doing and used her phone to look up what medication to give me and to look up what my test results meant.
