Every time my doctor sends my prescription to this pharmacy they never fill it. It’s the same prescription every time. I never receive a phone call saying my prescription is ready for pick up, so I show up and it’s NEVER filled. They ask me to come back for it. Wasn't the best but wasn't the worse but I personally will not be going back to this cvs
I had hoped they had fired the pharmacist who cheated me out of half a bottle of pain meds a couple months ago but I saw her yesterday. Guess I will have to go up the chain of command at cvs again. If she sold the 90 pills on the street the least she would have made would be $1800.00
DO NOT GO HERE. There is a reason this store has 2.8 stars. They are inept and the service is abhorrent! They have ZERO PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS. They had ALL of my prescriptions wrong and claimed it was my insurance company's mandate. Since they were too ignorant to make a phone call, we did it and turns out they were so wrong it was unbelievable. End result, they bungled my prescriptions so bad they can't resolve it. Today is Thursday and I am still waiting on a prescription that my doctor sent in on MONDAY, Yesterday they told me they are working on 2 for me, but refused to tell what two. I have pneumonia, have lost my voice and I am still waiting for them to let me know when they are ready.
