RecommendedPartially filled the prescriptions of my fathers meds and when I questioned it, they promptly investigated and filled the 3rd one and would get back to me on his 4th med.
Bad experience at this CVS. Incompetent and what was worse - they acted like they didn’t care that they made a mistake.
This CVS is horrible! Have been using them for 2 years out of convenience but I am done! They never know how to use coupons given by my doctor, they don't call the help desk number on the card for help, their staff isn't knowledgeable or efficient. The last time I went they had my 3 different prescriptions in under three different names and had to merge the profiles before they would give them to me, which took another 15 minutes on top of the 45 minutes I had already been in the drive through.
