Had cash back added to my purchase with out my knowledge. Noticed it on total. Cashier blamed it on broken machine. Wasn’t till later that I realized she’s probably pocketing what her drawer is over at end of shift. Beware!!!
This is PHARMACY ONLY. There were 4 people working, no one in line but me. 5 minutes before getting help. They were talking to each other. Walking back and forth. No one opened a mouth to say “We will be with you” although the man working the window was vocal about his disdain for the drive thru and needing a drink of water. It doesn’t take much to acknowledge your customer even with a head nod. I cannot wait until the new pharmacy opens to leave this dysfunctional crew.
CVS was gracious enough to be open during Hurricane Harvey and I was able to get the medicine I needed as well as other families also. They were kind and compassionate in this very stressful and emotional situation . LOVE CVS
This cvs has the worse pharmacy workers ever. They don't know thier a$$ from a hole in the ground. They gave my baby of 6 weeks major pain killers which the prescription clearly asked for antibiotics. If I did not read the meds they would of killed my daughter when I brought this to thier attention they had nothing to say not even sorry. They have messed up on many pricriptions. Don't go there they are not educated.
So when the line at the pharmacy is 12 people deep, you might want to have more than one cashier! This is ridiculous!!!!!!
It won't let me upload the picture from my phone but I'm diabetic and need help filling a prescription because my normal cvs is out of stock and they hang up on me twice then leave me on hold for 20 minutes??? Very poor customer service to me. I understand it may be busy but a 20 minute hold is unacceptable.
Really yall call yall self 24hr and the Kodak picture printer is turned off for the night. I never had that problem before and I went around 1am before. Now that I went at 2 in the morning they say they always turn it off. Please I been there before like I said.
