I have a health plan debit card that can be used at CVS. I tried to use it to pay for qualifying items. Turns out the CVS inside of Target will not take the card. Disappointed.

The CVS pharmacy inside the Target on Balboa is the BEST. Everyone there is very nice, knowledgeable, polite. They care and make sure you have all of the information you need for your medicine. I go there once a month to pick up my prescriptions and they are always great and have been for the last five years I’ve been going there.
