I have gone to this pharmacy several times now and had nothing but bad experiences. Horrible service and one pharmacist couldn’t enter anything in the computer. He had to keep getting someone else to stop what they were doing and fix his mistakes. This happened over and over. The store staff are fine. The problem is the pharmacy.
They never have the prescription ready. They never answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for over an hour. Walgreens wasn’t this bad.
I posted my dealing with CVS on Facebook waiting on a response from CVS.
Pharmacy service is as bad as Walmart at HIGHER prices. The rest of the store is fine!
If I not even give one star I would!! This place is the worst ever!!! I left Walgreens for poor service now I will be moving GR Cure on baker rd
Worst pharmacy ever! Never have prescriptions ready in a timely manner say they are ready then go to pick up and you are in line for over 30 minutes waiting rude people working there! Multiple mistakes on their end meaning people without medicine ��� I will never be using this pharmacy again!
