The outside pharmacy window is filthy with spider webs. I mentioned it to the pharmacist, he was unconcerned.
Today made a phone call to CVS pharmacy. Put on hold for 49 minutes. The justification by the employees including the pharmacist was that "we are only three staff today". there is a lot of stories like this. The staff is so rude
I've been told to go to Walgreens by my family and friends, but I held out because this CVS was a 24hr pharmacy that didn't add too much extra drive on my commute. CVS pharmacy typically doesn't have my prescription ready when I get there, even though it's usually verified ready over the phone prior. The NP we saw today was amazing! She made my daughter's visit fun and educational. She had my daughter assist her in a few little things and that made for a memorable experience. Will definitely go back.
I went to the minute clinic. I registered a waited about 30 minutes. The RN was extremely efficient and cordial, the facility was immaculate. I was diagnosed and given a prescription which was promptly filled. My overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend.
I'm not sure what is longer the wait times at Wal Mart or the wait times at CVS. They both suck! One day CVS will learn about customer service but it will be too late.
I was 3rd car in line... 35 minutes and still waiting!!!!
Switching pharmacies...way too long lines and the wait time is ridiculous...if you are short handed HIRE MORE PEOPLE. last prescription filling today.. bye bye cvs!
